I hereby make application for Bo training in the World Champion Bo Workshop held October 22, 2016 at the Lake Orion Community Resource center. I understand all risks associated with this type of training and waive all liability for any injury that I may sustain during this workshop. I fully release the World Martial Arts College , the KI Tang Soo Do Institute, Elite Force, Lake Orion Community Resource Center, and all others connected to this event from all liability for injury , loss or otherwise no and in the future.
